The discussion was moderated by Andreas Marazis, ENC Head of Research for Eastern Europe & Central Asia, and features the comments and insights of Dr. Simone Tagliapietra, senior fellow at Bruegel and adjunct professor of Energy, Climate and Environmental Policy at the Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore and at the Johns Hopkins University. His research focuses on the European Union climate and energy policy and on the political economy of global decarbonisation.
