Dr. Kuyumcuoglu discusses how EU foreign policy has evolved in the face of real-world challenges, shifting from liberal internationalism to a strategy of principled pragmatism, while attempting to preserve its basic liberal values. He then elaborates on how the EU and Turkey can sustain bilateral relations in the future.
